We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Your continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

The Platform is operated by DotOne Group Ltd., a company registered in Cyprus, with its registered office at Charilaou Xylophorou 13, 4103 Agios Athanasios, Limassol, Cyprus.

3. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. Nature of our services

Unless stated otherwise, the Platform and all of its content, including text, graphics, photographs, video, designs, software, and source code, together with our trademarks, logos, and service marks, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by Cypriot, EU, and international intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You agree not to:

  • use the Platform in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation
  • access the Platform through automated means such as bots or scrapers without our permission
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its servers, or any connected systems
  • introduce viruses or any other malicious or harmful material

  • use the Platform to send unsolicited advertising or spam
  • interfere with the proper working of the Platform or place an unreasonable load on it

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.

7. Feedback and submissions

If you send us questions, comments, ideas, or other feedback about the Platform, you agree that we may use it freely for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you. You confirm that any feedback you provide is your own and does not infringe the rights of others.

8. Third-party websites and content

The Platform may link to third-party websites or contain content from third parties. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices, and a link does not imply our endorsement. If you choose to access a third-party website, you do so at your own risk and should review its own terms and policies. Any purchase or dealing you have with a third party is solely between you and that third party.

9. Site management

We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to monitor the Platform for breaches of these terms, to take appropriate legal action against anyone who breaches them, and to manage, restrict, or remove content or access in order to protect the Platform and our rights.

10. Privacy

We take data privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data, and it forms part of these terms. Please read it at https://tax.one/privacy-policy. Our Platform is hosted within the European Union. By using the Platform, you consent to your data being processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and your use of it is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, about the Platform or its content, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error free, or that its content is accurate or complete.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or reliance on the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, and if you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DotOne Group Ltd. and its officers, employees, partners, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Term and termination

These terms apply while you use the Platform. We may, at our discretion and without notice, suspend or end your access to the Platform for any reason, including any breach of these terms. The clauses that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will continue to apply.

15. Modifications and availability

We may change, update, or remove any part of the Platform at any time without notice, and we are under no obligation to keep information current. We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, and we will not be liable for any interruption, delay, or unavailability.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. You and DotOne Group Ltd. agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also keep the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim there.

17. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it within thirty days of written notice, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Cyprus, subject to any consumer rights described above.

18. General

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms. Nothing in these terms creates any partnership, agency, or employment relationship between you and us. We are not liable for any failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
