This Privacy Policy explains how DotOne Group Ltd., trading as Tax.One, collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit our website or use our services.   • Payment information when you pay for a consultation, processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
  • Technical and usage data, such as your IP address, browser type, device, and how you use our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Communication records, including emails and, where you are told in advance, recordings of consultation calls.

3. How we use your data and our legal basis

We use your data to:

  • respond to your enquiries and provide our services, on the basis of taking steps to enter into or perform a contract with you
  • arrange consultations and process payments, on the basis of performing our contract with you
  • send you relevant updates and marketing where you have agreed, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time
  • improve and secure our website and understand how it is used, on the basis of our legitimate interests
  • meet our legal and regulatory obligations, on the basis of compliance with the law

4. Who we share your data with

We share your data only where necessary, with:

  • the licensed lawyers and chartered accountants in our network who deliver parts of your service
  • trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, such as our form, scheduling, payment, CRM, hosting, and analytics providers
  • authorities or advisers where we are required to do so by law

We do not sell your personal data.
