Disclaimer

Last updated: June 2026

We like to keep things clear and honest. Here is how to read the information on this website, and how we work. By using our website and services, you accept this disclaimer, which we may update from time to time.

1. Information, not advice

Everything we share here is meant to inform and educate. It gives you a strong general understanding, but it is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice for your specific situation, and reading it does not create a formal client relationship. Every situation is different, so before acting on anything you read or hear from us, it is worth getting advice based on your own circumstances. We are glad to be that team once you work with us.

2. A media and advisory company

Tax.One is a media and advisory company. We are not a regulated law or accounting firm in our own right, and we do not need to be. We work as a single team alongside fully licensed lawyers and chartered accountants, so the regulated work is handled in-house by the right qualified professional. You get licensed expertise in one place, coordinated by us from start to finish. Any separate agreement you enter into with a partner professional is between you and them.

3. A note on outcomes

Tax rules, residency programmes, and immigration policies change over time, and approvals are decided by the relevant authorities. We will always give you our honest assessment, but we cannot promise a specific result, including the approval of any application or any particular tax outcome. Anything we share about property or investments is for information only and is not a recommendation to buy or sell, since values can rise and fall. Any examples or figures are there to illustrate, not to guarantee.

4. Our responsibility

We take real care with our work and our content. That said, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Tax.One is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or reliance on this website or its content. Nothing in this disclaimer removes any rights you have that cannot be excluded under law.

5. Governing law

This disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
